Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- The item is damaged upon arrival.
- You received the wrong product.
- The item has a manufacturing defect.
The product must be:
- Unused
- In its original packaging
- In the same condition as received
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Personalized jewelry
- Used or worn items
- Items damaged after delivery
Refunds
Once your returned item is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed.
Refunds are issued using the original payment method whenever applicable.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost.
Shipping
Customers should contact our support team before returning any product.
Do not send products without prior approval.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Orders placed using Cash on Delivery may be confirmed before shipment.
Djouri Jewelry reserves the right to decline future Cash on Delivery orders from customers who repeatedly refuse confirmed deliveries without a valid reason.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before shipment.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to this Return & Refund Policy.
Right to Refuse
Djouri Jewelry reserves the right to refuse any return or refund request that does not comply with this policy.
